Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellation arrangements for payments made through The Qaswa Foundation website.

Donations

Donations are voluntary contributions made in support of the Foundation's charitable objects and programmes. A donation that has been successfully received and accounted for is ordinarily not cancellable.

Payment Issues

If a payment is duplicated, technically unsuccessful after the donor's account is debited, or otherwise affected by a payment-processing error, the Foundation will examine the matter individually, subject to payment-gateway, bank and applicable statutory rules.

Other Payments

Where the website is used for an institutional payment other than a donation, the applicable admission, fee, examination or programme notice and institutional policy will govern cancellation, if any.
