Donation & Refund Policy
Information for voluntary contributions made to The Qaswa Foundation.
Purpose
Donations are voluntary contributions intended to support the Foundation’s charitable objects and programmes, including education, scholarships, digital education, campus development, laboratories and library resources, healthcare/medical support activities and other permitted charitable activities.
What we do
A payment is treated as successfully received only when the payment gateway/bank confirms the transaction. A website message or an unsuccessful transaction attempt alone does not establish receipt.
How information is handled
Voluntary contributions that have been successfully received and accounted for are ordinarily not cancellable or refundable. Technical errors, duplicate payments, or cases where an account was debited but the transaction was not successfully recorded may be examined individually, subject to payment-gateway, bank and applicable statutory rules.
Important note
For a payment-status issue, please contact the Foundation with the transaction/payment reference, date, amount and donor contact details. Do not send card numbers, PINs or banking passwords.
